FAQs
Why choose our clinic?
1
Our veterinary clinic is staffed by experienced, licensed veterinary professionals who provide the same medical standards you’d expect from any private practice. We focus on preventive care and long-term health, not just quick fixes or emergency-only treatment, so your pet can stay healthier for longer.
As a mission-driven clinic rooted in this community, we’re here to support families who may otherwise delay or skip care due to cost. We offer judgment-free, compassionate service, meeting pet owners where they are and working with them to make informed, realistic decisions about their pet’s care.
Our goal is simple: keep pets healthy, comfortable, and in their homes — not bouncing between crisis visits or facing impossible choices.
Who do we serve?
2
Our veterinary clinic is designed for families and individuals who meet income qualifications and want consistent, reliable care for their pets. We serve pet owners who may have delayed veterinary visits due to cost and are looking for a trustworthy, long-term veterinary partner — not just a one-time clinic visit.
If you’ve ever thought, “I just can’t afford a regular vet right now,” this clinic was created with you in mind.
How do I qualify?
3
You might be surprised — many people who assume they won’t qualify actually do. Our clinic serves households that meet income guidelines based on household size, and the thresholds are higher than most people expect.
To keep the process simple and respectful, we only require a self-attestation of income. That means no paystubs, tax returns, or paperwork uploads. You’ll simply confirm that your household income falls within our guidelines when you schedule or arrive for your appointment.
If you’re unsure whether you qualify, we encourage you to move forward anyway. Our goal is to remove barriers to care — not create more of them.
