Hours and location
In order to best serve the community, Wenatchee Valley Humane Society is open 6 days a week. Our offices are located at 1474 South Wenatchee Avenue, Wenatchee, WA 98801. Our hours are:
Adoption Hours: Sunday - Tuesday & Thursday -Friday 12:30 - 6:30 pm; Wednesday by appointment (save time and enjoy our full-service experience when you make an appointment!).
Animal Care & Control Services Hours (licensing, lost & found): Tuesday-Saturday, 11 am -4 pm, Sunday: By Appointment
Lost Pet Reunification Hours: Sunday -Saturday 11 am - 6:30 pm
Supported Rehoming Hours: By Appointment
Clinic Hours: By Appointment
Pet Pantry Hours: Last Saturday of every month, 10 am - 1:30 pm
Please note: In order to provide our team with adequate time to finalize adoptions for the day, we offer our last call for adoptions 30 minutes prior to our closing time. If you would like to visit with an animal and adopt the same day we encourage you to arrive at least 1 hour prior to closing.

Animal Care and Control officers are available to assist with domestic animal control complaints based on priority from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., except for the Cities of Cashmere, Entiat and Leavenworth, where service is from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. only.
From 10 p.m. - 7 a.m., on call officers are available to assist with emergency situations only, such as injured or aggressive animals/public safety issues (All calls received after 5 p.m. for the City of Cashmere, Entiat and Leavenworth will be held until the next day).
