EARTHWISE PET HOSTS KISSING BOOTH FUNDRAISER FOR WENATCHEE VALLEY HUMANE SOCIETY

Wenatchee, WA- EarthWise Pet Supply & Grooming of Wenatchee invites community members and their pups to come in and smooch for a photo at a Dog Kissing Booth Dog Kissing Booth on February 6 and 7, 2020 from 12-4 p.m.

Earthwise Pets is hosting the photo booth as a fundraiser to benefit the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society (WVHS) and hopes the event will generate much needed donations for the shelter.

Those who attend the fundraiser will be emailed a souvenir photo of their ‘pooch smooch’ after the event. Earthwise Pets will also have goodie bags and giveaways for those who visit.

“Earthwise Pets is a fantastic WVHS partner and we are so fortunate to have them in our community,” WVHS Development Officer, Renee Parkins, said. “We are grateful to their team for hosting this creative way for pet owners to create a lasting memory, while helping the animals in our care.”

The Kissing Booth is free of charge, although there is a suggested donation of $15. Funds will help support the thousands of animals cared for WVHS. Cash, credit card and check donations will be accepted.

Those who are interested can stop by Earthwise Pets on 12-4 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday. Earthwise Pets is located at 212 Fifth St #9b, Wenatchee, WA 98801.

About WVHS
Founded in 1967, the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society is a private, non-profit organization with a mission to serve Chelan and Douglas Counties through education, protection and pet adoptions. WVHS cares for displaced pets, rescues injured and lost animals, investigates animal cruelties, and finds homes for orphaned animals. WVHS engages in a Pets for Life philosophy by providing low cost spay/neuter programs, periodic vaccination clinics, and hosting pet food assistance banks to income-qualified residents throughout its community. By caring for pets and the people who love them, WVHS is creating a humane society in the Wenatchee Valley. If you would like to volunteer, donate, or more information on how you can help, visit wenatcheehumane.org, email wvhs@wenatcheehumane.org or call (509) 662-9577.
