Adoption Hours: Thursday-Tuesday: 12:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m. Wednesday: Adoption By Appointment (save time and enjoy our full-service experience when you make an appointment!)
Lost Pet Reunification Hours: Sunday-Saturday 11 am - 6:30 pm
Supported Rehoming Hours: By Appointment
Clinic Hours: By Appointment
Pet Pantry Hours: Last Saturday of every month, 10 am- 1:30pm
In order to provide adequate time for matchmaking and adoption processing, we offer last call for adoptions 30 minutes prior to closing.
If you would like to visit an animal and adopt the same day, we encourage you to arrive at least 1 hour prior to closing.

(Cities of Cashmere, Entiat, and Leavenworth service from 8 am-5 pm only)

Monday- Sunday 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.(except the City of Cashmere and Entiat, where contracted service hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)*
*From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., Animal Care and control Officers are available for emergency situations, injured animals, aggressive animals, and public safety issues. Call 506-662-9577, opt. 1, to reach an on-call officer.
