Hours and location
In order to best serve the community, Wenatchee Valley Humane Society is open 7 days a week, 361 days a year (we are closed New Year's Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day). Our offices are located at 1474 South Wenatchee Avenue, Wenatchee, WA 98801.
We are open during the following hours: Monday through Friday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and weekends from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. (If you are looking to surrender or rehome a pet, please call ahead to ensure we can accommodate you in the best manner.)

Animal Care and Control officers are available to assist with all domestic animal control complaints from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., with the exception of the Cities of Cashmere and Entiat, where service is from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. only. From 10 p.m. - 7 a.m., officers are available to assist with emergency situations only, such as injured or aggressive animals/public safety issues. Calls received after 5 p.m. will be held until the next day for the City of Cashmere and Entiat. Call 509-662-9577 (ext. 1) to reach a Wenatchee Valley Animal Control officer.
Club Pet is open 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily, closed only to observe New Year's Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
