You may fax your application to our office fax (509) 665-7612 ahead of time to help speed up the adoption process. Applications are kept on file for 3 months. Regular Adoption Fees for dogs start at $90 unless otherwise noted in pet’s description and cats are $50.
Dog & Cat Adoption Fee includes :
- Spay or neuter surgery
- Initial vaccination for:
Dogs: Parvo/Distemper & Bordatella
Cats: Rhino/Distemper
- 24PetWatch microchips, which includes free on-line registration to update your pet’s contact information.
- General well health exam
- If you choose to accept, your newly adopted dog or cat comes with 30 days of pre-paid pet health insurance, for which you can purchase extended coverage
NOTE: All dogs, puppies, cats and kittens are mandatory spayed or neutered and micro chipped before they leave for their new homes. Surgery is scheduled at the time of adoption and done Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays. For example, if you adopt a dog or cat on Monday it would go for surgery on Tuesday. You would then pick up your new pet Tuesday afternoon between the hours of 4:30-5:30pm. Surgery is subject to availability on the surgery roster. Call if you have questions (509) 662-9577.
