Calendar of Events:

June 30th: King County Adoptathon!!!
Wenatchee Valley Humane Society will be participating in the "Super Pet Adoptathon and Pet Fair" at King County Animal Control, 21615 64th Ave S, Kent WA 98032 Saturday June 30th from 9am to 4pm.

July 14th: WVHS Adoptathon & Friends of the Humane Society Kick Off Event!!!
Summertime Adopt-a-thon Event! Adopt your new best friend and become a friend of the Humane Society Saturday July 14th 11am to 5pm.

July 20th: Yappy Hour at the Winery!!!
Join us at the Chateau Faire le Pont Winery from 4pm to 8pm for Yappy Hour with your favorite four legged buddy! Rain or shine we have tons of fun socializing with our doggies! Dog treats provided by Petco! No host wine bar.

July 22nd: "Blessing of the Animals" Benefit
Join us Sunday July 22nd from 11am to 2pm at the Osborn Elementary School at 225 Central Avenue in Leavenworth WA. Reverend Roger Hudson from the Leavenworth United Methodist church will doing the honors blessing the animals. All animals blessed will receive a small St. Francis medallion and a scrolled paper. Bring your favorite pet(s) to be blessed - all animals welcome! Enjoy carriage rides around the block and popcorn & soda. Also meet and talk with the Sherrif's K-9 Unit and Animal Control Officers. All donations received will benefit the Humane Society.

July 28th: Petco Off-site Adoptions
Join us at our local Petco store located at 516 Valley Mall Parkway in East Wenatchee from 11am to 2pm. WVHS will have cute canines and friendly felines available for adoption!

August 4th: Wine Gala at the Mansion
Join us Saturday August 4th from 6pm to 10pm for our annual wine tasting event! Hosted by Tim & Jan Cetto and catered by The Wenatchee Golf & Country Club, you will taste the wines and meet the winemakers from eleven local wineries. Silent Auction too. Tickets $75 may be purchased by phone (509) 662-9577 or in person at the shelter. All proceeds to benefit the animals at the Humane Society.
