There
are several ways you can support the Wenatchee Valley
Humane Society!
The
animals depend on us and we depend on you! |
Kennel Sponsorship
Sponsor a dog kennel for $500 or cat cage $300
annually. A plaque will be placed on it with your message
of support! Let your family or business show their support,
honor a family member or remember a beloved pet all
the while helping to support the homeless pets of our
community. You sponsor it, we'll clean it!
Wenatchee
Valley Humane Society Friends Donor Program
The “Friends of the Humane Society” Program is an annual
giving program with various levels of annual donations
and benefits. This program is open to Students, Individuals,
Families and Businesses who wish to show they care about
the homeless animals in our community! Details
on the right side of this page!
Membership
Individual $50 or Family $100 for one vote at our annual
meeting.
Monetary Donations $$$
Your
monetary donation can be used for our most immediate needs
or the to the program of your choice such as Animal Care,
Building Fund, Spay & Neuter Fund.
Gift Certificates
Pet, feed, office supply or hardware store gift certificates
are always perfect. Due to limited storage space, resources
or special needs arising at different times, gift certificates
are always appreciated and come in handy!
Memorial
Donations in memory of a beloved family member, friend or
pet.
A note of recognition of your memorial gift will be sent to
the family. In addition, your memorial will be printed in
the our quarterly newsletter. The
Wenatchee Valley Humane Society is a 501c3 organization, your
donations are tax deductible.
Estate
Planning / Planned Giving
Help
ensure our future by considering the Wenatchee Valley
Humane Society in your estate planning. By
making a bequest to the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society
in your Will, you can make a lasting contribution to
the welfare of countless animals cared for at the shelter
every year. Such bequests are also deductible for estate-tax
purposes. While you enjoy tax benefits today, your charitable
gift ensures future protection for animals by continued
humane education, effective law enforcement of animal
cruelty laws, educational programs, maintenance of a
quality shelter, and proper animal care and adoptions.
Bequests
to the The Wenatchee Valley Humane Society are deductible
from Federal Estate Tax. Savings can be substantial.
A bequest to WVHS can be cash, real estate, or other
property. In Washington State , no restriction can be
placed on the amount given to WVHS by Will. Your gift
to WVHS will provide you with the satisfaction of knowing
you have made a commitment that will endure long after
your lifetime. For information on Planned Giving contact
Development Coordinator Cynthia Brown at
(509) 662- 9577 or email cbrown@wenatcheehumane.org.
